Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to our CAS- ual stamps Use patterned paper
And this is my card made for this challenge.
I used patterned paper as my matting; stamped with CAS-ual Fridays Floating stamp set over the patterned paper and added hand cut patterned paper pieces as my only embellishments in this card.
The stamped images were colored with water color markers and I made the 3d hot air balloon with double stamped images.
